Ivy has been absolutely amazing with my 17-year-old son. He struggled with really bad acne, and thanks to her treatments, guidance, and skincare advice, his skin has completely cleared up.Not only is Ivy incredibly knowledgeable and professional, but she also made him feel comfortable and confident throughout the entire process. She took the time to explain everything, recommend the right routine, and genuinely cared about helping him get results. Seeing the improvement in both his skin and confidence has been incredible.We are so grateful for Ivy and highly recommend her to anyone dealing with acne or skin concerns !

I get laser hair removal done there, and it's great, the esthetician is amazing. She's very sweet and understanding. The only thing I didn't like regarding J Madison Spa was the 50% charge fee with 24 hours of cancellation. I understand that there may be many no shows, however a fee of $20 or $30 is more reasonable

The experience was absolutely incredible. The massage loosened up my tight muscles and relieved the migraine I was experiencing. This was my first experience having a facial. I was told by friends for days after that I was absolutely glowing. Thank you J Madison Spa !!

I keep returning to J Madison because it is a fabulous experience everytime. I typically get the ultimate massage... 90 mins of pure relaxation. Staff are already very friendly, courteous, and kind.

I didn't get the names of the masseuse, but they were great! The staff was absolutely wonderful, friendly and definitely welcoming I would definitely go back

Always a pleasure to have a service completed here! From the moment you walk in you're greeted with a smile, and all the individuals that provide services are truly well-trained in their specialty. I've yet to walk out without feeling extremely relaxed and with my best face forward !

Had my first ever massage here and it definitely won't be my last! Had a massage done by Kelly and from start to finish she made my visit very comfortable. She was very thorough and even explained to me about the muscles she was working out. Once everything was finished she introduced me to the quiet room in the back where I can unwind for a few minutes before getting ready to leave! I will most definitely be back again !
